History - Objectives

The Hellenic Neonatal Society was founded on 5.2.2004 in Thessaloniki.

The Objectives of the Society are:

» To achieve the best possible healthcare for the newborn infant via the exchange of knowledge and opinions and the closer collaboration between Neonatologists, Pediatricians, Obstetricians and other scientists involved in newborn infant problems.

» The representation of its members in state organizations and generally in Greece and abroad regarding scientific issues.

» The cooperation and solidarity between its members in order to uplift the status of the neonatologist as a scientist and professional as well as the protection and promotion of its rights.
